I like the GSI but not sure about hot coffee in a plastic cup ?

Anthony Salvatore says:

When you gonna review the Esee PR4?

SJL 71 says:

Personally I’m a big fan of GSI products. Backpacker mug, commuter java press, java mill, java drip. All used daily in my brew kit I keep in my truck. Nice looking products at sensible prices but still quality items.

David Barclay says:

I love the Classic G-Shock. So retro. I also agree, I love my GSI, only problem is that the vent nipple can poke your nose if you don't avoid it. Thanks

Lukasz Furmanek says:

I use this GSI mug and I get an aftertaste and aftersmell either I had a coffee in it or soup or tea. Stays there for many days even after been washed.

R. D. K. says:

I’ll stick to my large blue steel cup that I can also cook with. It’s big enough I don’t have to worry about spilling or melting.

jerrybobby100 says:

Could it be that the MSR held the heat better because it was smaller than the other two? You used the same amount of coffee but the mugs were different sizes — that should impact the results I would think. Perhaps if you filled them all up to max capacity then tested it would be more representative of in the field use? Thanks for the vid.

Mike Wood says:

I know it is sort of a departure from your usual, but have you thought of comparing the best coffee for having in the field? Say comparing different instant coffees to carry around for a quick brew up?

Stefano Dogg says:

Another great review.. because you don't waste time babbling like so many other channels, just the facts. Subscribed

AnotherAlterEgo says:

I was able to work on a trail crew for 10 weeks this summer and used the GSI mug. For work everyday we hiked up at least a mile and I had that mug carabinered to the outside of my pack full of coffee. Never spilled. Just thought I’d share my experience, great video 👍🏻

david brown says:

Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a KaBar usmc knife gauntlet review? Like your gerber strongarm video??

kenny cadarett says:

what about if you find a stainless mug   I would say that's the best mug ever   it sat there for a couple of days ( no rust)     then I realized it was stainless  and picked it up

John High says:

I've been using the GSI for a couple years now. Keeps stuff warm for a good amount of time. Has markings on the inside. And you can remove the cozy easily to clean the mug. 2 Thumbs up from me….

Jason A says:

I enjoy this review Question What's the Weight of each mugs?
