Mr. Bill says:

I’m from Southern California and growing up we went to the beach a lot. Think of it like you’re going to the desert. Even though there’s water it’s all salt water. You will be hot and dehydrated even if you are sitting all day. Aside from bringing your meals bring healthy snacks like nuts or fruit to give you energy. Bring shade Like a beach umbrella they are very practical. And of course at night it’s the exact opposite so bring warm blankets and your warmest sweater or coat, and a warm beanie.

mobiltec says:

When I used to live in So Cal and was young, decades ago, we used to be able to camp on the beach. You can't do that now. And even if you could, there are way, way too many people and at night it is dangerous. Matter of fact, it's dangerous to live in California at all because the idiot Jerry Brown has legalized crime. Even MURDER is now legal. If you don't believe me check out the felon who shot and killed a woman in San Fransisco and got away with it. Also there have been a few cases of death by Lifeguard Vehicle. The life guards actually run over you when you are lying on the beach and they do that in the day time. I hate what California has become. I now live in another state but not a state on the coast. All the coastal states in the west have become crime ridden. liberal, expensive pieces of crap. Don't ever go there Luke.
