EXCELLENT tent – but go for the Lynx version if you can This is a 5 star tent – with a caveat. The caveat? The (Lynx 4-person tent) is worth the extra few bucks. Alps is – from what I’ve experienced so far – a GREAT brand. They have customer support that answers emails in literally (and I literally mean literally) minutes. Their tents are a superb value – incredibly easy to setup and break down, strong, durable, and lightweight. Every product…

A decent 3 season tent, with a few minor quality issues I have used reviews to buy products on Amazon but never wrote one myself. I figured it is payback time.Upgraded from store brand tent to this one for an upcoming car camping trip to Smoky Mountains. I have set up it in the backyard to practice setting it up and to see if I find anything wrong with it. Used store bought heavy duty tarp as floor covering, a must; light duty tarp to go between the tent and the rain fly as an extra layer of insulation on colder nights. Tent stakes…

I love this tent I love this tent. My larger size military grade cot fit like a glove inside, without poking the sides of the tent. Not sure how you fit 4 average size people comfortably, but that’s not why I bought it. I needed a tent big enough to fit my cot. Something weather resistant. I also love the vestibule feature on the front of the back of the rainfly/entrance of the tent. I’ve only used it on one 4 day camping trip so far, but I can’t say enough good things about it. Would definitely recommend.
